Overall Experience

This is the first time I use this type of service. I have to state that your website is very user friendly and made the process - from Item selection to shipping - flow in a smooth manner.

I can't comment on presentation..etc., because this was shipped to a different state. However, I can say that the item was received on the date promised, and, the recipient was very impressed and happy with the gift. So, I would take that to mean that it was very well presented. That said, I will be using you again and will also share this with my family and friends.

And most important, I want to send a great big "Thank You!" to all the folks involved in making this an outstanding and pleasant experience.
